Tucked on the ever-popular East Side, Wonderview overlooks the Assateague Channel, Assateague Island, and our beloved Lighthouse. The Private Master Bath features a Jetted Tub and Steam Shower Enclosure.

Down the Hall, Bedroom 2 has a new Bunk Bed, Flat Screen TV, and a whimsical Coastal Theme. Full Bath 2 is just across the Hall and has a Walk-in Shower. And though no one likes to do laundry on Vacation, a Washer and Dryer are there for your convenience.

This was my second year staying here in early Fall. Gorgeous views- changing tides, the sky colors, ducks and shorebirds everywhere, and so peaceful ! A lovely place.

Mother/Daughter getaway
Our stay at Wonderview was lovely. The condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated and the views were amazing! The private deck was spacious and we enjoyed watching the birds feed in the morning as well as watching the lighthouse “come to life” in the evening. We will definitely return to Wonderview!

Great views and great property
Beautiful views of the lighthouse and wildlife refuge. We could see ponies from a distance one evening. Really enjoyed the property, its ease of access to the beach, and the great deck. Great spot for a visit to Chincoteague.

Relaxing
One of the most quiet and relaxing settings on the island! Very family friendly oriented and one of the most relaxing stays we've had as a family! I would highly recommend this property if you enjoy a quiet serene setting with amazing views!

Memories Made To Cherish A Lifetime
I booked Seaside Vacations for a 13th birthday trip for our granddaughter. She wanted to see the horses. We booked a boat tour to be close when the horses crossed and then we were taken to Main Street to watch the horses parade. Our granddaughter was overjoyed! The condo was a gem! We could see the lighthouse across the way and on our last day there we watched the horses through our binoculars. Memories made to cherish a lifetime.

The best!
This was the best trip to the shore we've ever had. This unit was the best outfitted AirBnB we've stayed in. It was like being at home. Everything was immaculate, and we didn't want for anything. The view was spectacular, particularly if you like birding. Bring some binoculars!

Wonderful Place to Stay!!
This place was absolutely gorgeous. Had everything you could possibly need including dishes, pots & pans, towels, bedding, laundry room, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, beautiful view from the front balcony. It was absolutely amazing. I had a couple questions that I asked the property manager while there and they got back to me within 10 minutes. Very friendly and would definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect Condo For Us
My husband and I really enjoyed staying here! It was beautifully decorated and had a great view of the lighthouse and channel. We enjoyed watching the many types of birds from the balcony. We could see the ponies grazing in the distant marsh also. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the communication was great. We recommend!

Fantastic stay
We had a great stay at Wonerview. The location is great and the views are amazing. It was nice to sit on the porch or in the living area and enjoy the scenery. Having an actual porch with cover and a wind block (needed for our stay) was a treat! It is decorated nicely and furnished beautifully. My only concern was that the queen bed is high and difficult to get into (I’m 5’11”) we hope to return to this unit in the future. Seaside Vacations is easy to work with.

Great condo to rent
Lots of good things about the condo to mention. Very clean and great views from the large windows facing the channel. Sitting on the 2nd floor balcony facing the channel was very peaceful with views of birds, ponies, people kayaking, tides changing, etc. Comfortable furniture inside and on the balcony. Beds were comfortable. There is no dishwasher. It was replaced with a wine cooler and only a couple wine glasses. Having no dishwasher might be a negative for some renters, but was not for us. There is a keyless entrry system to the entrance door. We didn't think about it and not being able to see the keypad in the dark after coming back from dinner. Take a flashlight with you if you go out after dark. Not sure if there is an outside light at the entrance door. Etta's restaurant is just down the street and was a good place to eat dinner without driving far at all and is in walking distance from the condo. I would rent this condo again.

Our favorite vacation spot
We have visited Chincoteague many times. This is the second time we have stayed in these condos. The condo itself was very clean and well maintained. The appliances were new, and everything worked well. Communications with the property managers was easy though text and email. We usually visit in the off season and the weather is not always ideal for the beach. But the view from this condo is fantastic. It sits right on the channel, and we could look across the water and marsh grass at Assateague. The beach was cold and windy so our visits there were short. But we were able to bundle up and sit on the porch or just sit by the sliding doors and enjoy gorgeous sunrises and the changing colors throughout the day. Using binoculars, we were able to watch ponies on Assateague. Lots of birds flying by too. And of course, the lighthouse! Recommend this place 100%.

Wonderview lives up to it's name!
We've stayed at several Seaside properties over the last few years, and Wonderview is hands down our favorite! It's perfect for a small family like ours. You have a full view of the lighthouse, the ponies, boat traffic, and if rocket launches are your thing, stepping downstairs out towards the bulkhead provides an almost completely unobstructed view between the trees if you pick the right spot! I can't leave this review without mentioning the impeccable decor and attention to detail at Wonderview. We really felt at home. Our kiddo is older, but anyone with smaller kids need not worry about having things for them to do while you're staying in this beautiful unit. We LOVED the artwork, we LOVED basically everything about the decor and wanted to move in forever, or become best friends with the owners. :) I took a few photos from the bookshelf and be-bopped right over to Sundial to grab copies of local books I hadn't picked up, yet. One negative to the property that isn't Seaside nor the homeowner's fault is that there's no disability access in this building. You have to go up a staircase to get to the unit and there's no elevator. Consider that before booking in case it's a need for your family!

Wonderview 208 is a second floor unit and you must take stairs to get the home. There is no elevator.

There is parking in front of the complex and you would take stairs to the second floor to enter the home. There is a bulkhead for the water access.
