As you take the exit for Marsh Island from the Causeway, you'll feel like you're pulling onto your own private island. With only a handful of homes here, you'll love the peace and quiet. All the festivities of Chincoteague Island are mere steps away, but you return to the sweet serenity that only Marsh Island offers. This tiny Island was formerly a Harbor for Commercial Fishermen that was converted to Waterfront Homes. You will experience Views that are simply stunning - 360 degrees of Waterfront Views of the Chincoteague Channel, Historic Main Street, the Bay, Marsh, and of course THE most incredible Sunsets to be found.
As you enter The Pearl at Marsh Island, you will feel the love and care that has been put into its recent renovation. The thoughtful Owners, who are incredibly artistically talented, have created a palette of sand, sea, and sky - simply stunning. And most of the decor is created by them personally - one of a kind and so beautiful. The rustic colors in the flooring will make you feel as if you’re taking a stroll on the boardwalk, with pale grays, bright whites, and even industrial feeling accents.
The Bedroom features a comfy Queen Bed, Flat Screen Satellite TV, and all the comforts of home. There is also a Sitting Area with a Full Futon, Flat Screen TV, and jaw-dropping Bay Views - you’ll want to relax the day away right here!
The Kitchenette has been transformed into an actual Kitchen with a full size Range, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Station, and apartment-size Refrigerator. Well-stocked with all you need, mealtime will be a bay breeze. Dine at the Bistro Table with a view, or at the Breakfast Bar.

The waters surrounding Marsh Island are shallow and calm - and there is so much to explore, from Oyster Beds to Flounder Fishing! There is also a phenomenal Sun Deck for catching some rays - or enjoy some of our Local Crabs at the Picnic Table overlooking the water, one of our favorite pastimes here on the Eastern Shore. Well-behaved dog allowed and at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Dogs must be reported prior to arrival - 2 MAX. Must be current on all vaccinations and on flea/tick preventative. Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals to guests under age 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
