For your convenience, there is plenty of parking available with registration, and even an on site restaurant - The Jolly Jellyfish! Also for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Plaza 1609 - The Beach is calling you!

The Plaza Requires guests to register upon arrival. Registration is $60 per vehicle, additional permits available for $15/day or $60 for full stay. Payable directly to the building upon arrival. Outdoor pool is seasonal, May through October from 8a-8p. Indoor pool area is open 7a-11p, year round.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
