This spectacular Waterfront Home is Brand New and breathtaking! Tucked on the water’s edge in Captain’s Cove Golf and Yacht Club, we promise you - you may never want to leave! One of the best kept secrets on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, Captain’s Cove sits directly on the Chincoteague Bay, just 25 short minutes by car or boat to Chincoteague and Assateague Islands, where our wild ponies roam free. Looking for some OC excitement? Ocean City, MD is a short 45 minute drive away. Here, life takes a slower pace - sipping wine as you watch the sun sink into the Chincoteague Bay, or the joy you feel watching the kids catch Crabs off the dock. THIS is what Vacation Dreams are made of.

Dock Holiday is one of the most statuesque and spacious homes in Captain’s Cove, with 5 Bedrooms and 3 ½ Baths, and sleeps 10. And talk about a great location - Dock Holiday is a super short stroll from ALL of the Cove’s incredible Amenities! And by all means, bring the Boat - the Marina is only steps away, and you can tie up right in your own Waterfront Backyard!

With a Reverse Floor Plan to maximize Canal and Bay Views, this home truly has it all. You’ll love spending time relaxing in the Living Area after a fun-filled day exploring Assateague, or perhaps hanging out at the Bayfront Pool (Amenity Fees Apply), and enjoying Free WiFi and Flat Screen TV with Directv and Streaming. With an awesome Open Layout, it’s perfect for spending time together without ever feeling crowded.

Mealtime will be anything but a chore in the crazy well-stocked Kitchen with every gadget you could imagine. The Marina Restaurant is literally steps away.

Also on the top floor is Master Bedroom 1 with a comfy Queen Bed and Private Master Bath with Double Vanity and Walk-in Shower. Wandering downstairs, you’ll find 4 more Bedrooms, and 2 ½ Baths! Bedroom 2 has a Queen Murphy Bed and doubles as extra Living Space/Den with Flat Screen TV with Directv and Streaming, and access to the Waterfront Deck. Down the Hall, Bedroom 3 has 2 Twins and is dressed in beachy blues and whites. Bedroom 4 sleeps 3 with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Queen). Bedroom 5 is a 2nd Master Bedroom, and is amazing! Drift off to sleep in a luxurious King Bed, or slip out to your Private Screened Porch, beautifully furnished with even a Fire Table! The Private Master Bath has a Double Vanity and Walk-in Shower. Both the Masters and the Twin Bedroom are equipped with Black Out Shades to ensure a good night’s rest, as well.

Now - the veritable Waterfront Wonderland that awaits you at Dock Holiday…..Fishing, Crabbing, Clamming, and more! Catch Crabs right in your own backyard, or take the Boat to one of our local sandbars! Play corn hole in the backyard, soak up some rays, or just listen to the Tree Frogs sing - the world is your Oyster - which in case you don’t know, we’re pretty famous for!

Captain’s Cove is loaded with amenities - a Golf Course, Indoor Pool, 2 Outdoor Pools - 1 Bayfront with Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, Playground, Restaurant, Golf, 24 Hour Security, and Snack Bar. Guests may purchase Amenity Passes for the pools by the day or the week at a minimal fee ($15/pp per day or $75/pp per week). If you are arriving within three days of your reservation being made you will unfortunately not be able to purchase passes or use the amenities during your stay.

Captain's Cove does not allow arrivals or departures on Sundays. Pool/Amenity closures possible and Amenities cannot be guaranteed. Please check with our office for current status.

Occupancy of 10 is strictly enforced! Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals to guests under age 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
