Located in a peaceful, quiet part of our wonderful Island, you'll enjoy the serenity here after a busy day of exploring Assateague Island. Close to everywhere you want to be, with the feeling of being a million miles away.....

Bertie Street Cottage has had many updates this Fall and has a fresh new look! You'll love relaxing in the cheerful Living Room with hues of Sea Grass Green punctuated with bright pops of reds and blues. Such a great place to gather and share stories of the day's adventures, or perhaps enjoy family movie time on the Streaming Only Flat Screen TV, and of course there's Free WiFi!

We are just in love with the Screened Porch at Bertie Street Cottage - beautifully furnished, you'll feel as if you're on a Tropical Retreat. Dine Al Fresco and listen to the Tree Frogs sing, or indoors in the refreshing AC.

This Cozy Cottage sleeps 5 in 2 Bedrooms. The 1st Floor Master has a comfy Queen, and wandering upstairs you'll find a very cool Loft Bedroom with 3 Twin Beds that just oozes coastal charm. 

Bertie Street Cottage is located off of South Main Street, just a hop, skip, and jump from the beautiful Chincoteague Bay. Bertie Street Cottage
This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this cottage. It's super cute and has a lovely screened in porch. The area is very quiet and you can always watch a beautiful sunset.

Perfect Chincoteague Getaway
Bertie Street Cottage is the perfect Chincoteague getaway! It’s quaint & cozy with an amazing screened porch. A little further down from the shops & restaurants, but it’s in a quiet & peaceful spot on the island.

Perfect!
Our first stay on Chincoteague Island was great. Bertie St. Cottage was the perfect spot for our family of four. It was clean, tidy and well appointed. The screened in porch was awesome!

A great stay at Bertie Cottage
We were at Bertie Cottage during Pony Penning week and it was a wonderful stay. The cottage is so well-equipped and close to everything, and as other reviews note, the porch is just magnificent. We are already planning our return! Also, I've got to give a special shout out to Seaside Vacations in general. Very good communication, easy check in and check out, and professional and prompt attention to an unexpected paperwork mix-up that I was worried would completely derail our plans (spoiler: it didn't and thanks to Seaside I think we wound up with a better situation than we'd originally booked). I would rent from them again without hesitation.

Bertie St Cottage
This cottage is beautiful! Everything you need to enjoy your stay in a wonderful beach town. Seaside was wonderful with clear expectations and prompt responses. The porch is to be enjoyed all day long. That?s where we spent all of our time! You can see the water and watch the sunset. Until next time Seaside and Bertie St!

Porch is so relaxing
What a wonderful stay at the Bertie Street Cottage! The screened in porch is amazing and so relaxing. A clean house located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked and the bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. Great place for a family vacation! Highly recommend!
