The Kitchen is a Chef’s delight with beautiful Wood Countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances, and all of the luxuries of home. Cooking meals will feel nothing like a chore in this amazing space! And you’re sure to love gathering at the indoor dining table or out on the deck to dine by the bay, relax taking in that calming Ocean City breeze. This space is just perfect for relaxing in the evening breeze with a cool glass of wine, while the kids run and play. This Full Bath has also been thoughtfully renovated with a Shower/Tub Combo. Bedrooms 2 and 3, each comfortably sleep 2 with a cozy Queen bed, plenty of natural light, and a Flat Screen TV.

700 Gulf Stream allows ONE, well-trained dog with $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee. Dogs must be current on all vaccinations, and currently treated with Flea/Tick Preventative. NO CATS. Guests are responsible for picking up after their Dog.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
