Locustivlle is a peaceful little seaside villiage that took shape in the 1800s, was a stop on the old stage coachline. Remarkably all of the structures, church, school, tavern and historical homes still stand. Burton Shore home, noted as being the oldest home, was the victim of a fire. The framing is still good, main roof and the foundation is. The septic is the expensive type, and the well is fairly new too. Just over one acre, with the background overlooking a farm. The beach on Burton Bay is a bike ride away.
